Steve specializes in tenant representation across multiple states, including Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma, New Mexico while also overseeing the leasing of more than 2 million square feet of retail space throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. In addition to his leasing responsibilities, he provides strategic planning and site selection for a wide range of national tenants, including Alder’s Group Senior Living, AMC Theatres, Black Bear Diner, Bubba’s 33, Costa Vida, First National Bank of Omaha, First Lonestar Bank, Graham Brothers Entertainment, Hattie’s B’s, The Hampton Social, Costera, Nisos, Rosa’s Café, Texas Roadhouse, Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse, Salad and Go, Hallmark, TruFire, KillA Pie, Sweetgreen, Freddy’s, and Booth Creek Wagyu, among others
Prior to joining Edge, Steve served as Senior Vice President at Staubach Retail, where he led the project leasing team for four years. From 2014 to 2025, he was recognized as a D CEO Power Broker, and in 2022, 2023, and 2024, he earned Edge Overall Top Producer honors.
Outside of work, Steve stays busy with his children—Sydney, Raylee, and Hudson—and their many activities. A graduate of the University of Florida and former member of the Gator football team, he remains a devoted fan and proudly bleeds orange and blue.
