Stan Lotridge is a Principal with Edge Realty Advisors, bringing more than 30 plus years of experience in commercial real estate including Retail Advisory, Transaction and Disposition services as well as Office and Multi-family asset management across the Southwest focusing on North Texas, Oklahoma and Northern Louisiana. Throughout Stan’s career, he has shown to be a trusted leader representing a wide range of National and Regional Retailers along with multiple successful Landlord/Developers in the market.
Career highlights for tenant advisory relationships include ALDI Inc., LifeTime Fitness, Capital One Bank, Target, Eyemasters Eyecare Centers, Bar Louie Restaurants and others, Stan began his commercial real estate career in the early 1990’s with Grubb & Ellis Real Estate transitioning to United Commercial Realty (UCR-ChainLinks) in 1996, then through a merger to CBRE, Inc in 2015. After serving as a Senior Vice President with CBRE, Stan joined Edge as a Principal in 2026.
Stan attended Southwest Texas State University, now Texas State University, with a major in Business. Early experience in asset management with Balcor Property Management, a division of American Express/Shearson Lehman Brothers while earning RPA and CPM designations led to the ability to navigate and advise clients on multiple real estate disciplines. Stan is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Outside of work, Stan enjoys golf, travel and family time.
