Sofia Demski is an Associate with Edge Realty Partners in Phoenix, Arizona, where she specializes in high-end retail, restaurants, and hospitality. She represents both landlords and tenants across the Arizona market, with a client roster that includes La La Land Kind Café, Sweetgreen, Prince Street Pizza, Look Lab Med Spa, Culver’s, Dutch Bros, and more. On the landlord side, Sofia focuses on leasing premier retail and mixed-use projects in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, and other key markets throughout the Valley.
Sofia is a graduate of Arizona State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Dietetics. Before beginning her career in commercial real estate, she worked as an Events Coordinator and played a key role in launching several major fitness brands in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. She is also a certified personal trainer and RYT-200 yoga instructor, with past clients including the San Diego Padres, EXOS, and Marriott Hotels.
Outside the office, Sofia enjoys teaching yoga, working out, cooking, and playing competitive golf.
