Sam Williams is a Transaction Analyst for Edge Capital Markets, where he supports the Houston office in the underwriting, analysis, and execution of commercial real estate investment sales across retail, office, industrial, and multifamily assets.
His responsibilities include building detailed financial models, conducting market research, analyzing comparable sales and lease data, and assisting in the valuation of investment opportunities. He also plays a key role in transaction execution, supporting due diligence efforts, preparing offering materials, and contributing to client presentations and ongoing deal management. Prior to joining Edge, Sam spent over four years at Henry S. Miller Brokerage, where he supported brokers with listing rollouts, marketing design, market research, and CRM management. Sam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from St. Edward’s University in Austin. In his free time, Sam enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
