Ryan is a Principal with Edge Realty Partners in Dallas specializing in standalone retail development. He also focuses on project leasing and tenant expansion. In this role, he capitalizes on over two decades of experience representing investors, developers, and tenants throughout Texas and its neighboring states.
Mr. Griffin has negotiated over 800 lease and sale transactions and managed large REIT portfolios for Regency Centers and Leon Capital Group. He was a corporate real estate manager for Tuesday Morning, FedEx Office, and Mattison Avenue Salon Suites. His current national tenant accounts include Circle K Gas Station, Clean Freak Car Wash, and Mattison Avenue Salon Suites. He is a University of Texas at Austin alumni, and Dallas native.
