With over 20 years of experience, Russell has executed nearly $1 billion in volume through more than 1,000 sale and lease transactions across Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, New Mexico, and Louisiana. Russell leverages his extensive market knowledge, transactional expertise, and solution-oriented approach to deliver optimal results and value for acquisition, disposition, and expansion strategies.
Prior to Edge, Russell gained valuable experience at Trammell Crow Company, CBRE and Rally CRE working across all property types including retail, land, office, medical, and industrial. Russell has represented national retailers, investors, publicly traded REITs, and institutions, including American Express, AT&T, BB&T, Beans and Brews Coffee House, Buffalo Wild Wings, Chipotle, Chase Bank, Citibank, Comerica, Conn’s Appliance, Dow Chemical, Express Oil Change, HEB, Hertz, Invesco, Nationwide Insurance, Northrup Grumman, Regions Bank, TD Ameritrade, The Joint Chiropractic, The Kebab Shop, and V/O Med Spa. Russell graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Maritime Business Administration and earned a Master of Land Economics and Real Estate from The Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
