Preston is a Transactional Analyst with Edge Capital Markets and is responsible for the underwriting of all product types for the Houston and Dallas offices including retail, office, industrial and multi-family assets.
Preston’s experiences prior to Edge include analyst positions that focused on real estate finance, corporate equity analysis and alternative investments. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma. Preston then went on to receive his Masters of Science in Finance from Southern Methodist University. In his free time Preston enjoys the great outdoors and is an avid hiker, having summited Mount Kilimanjaro. He is also a fan of all things Dallas sports.
