Nayely Granados is a Marketing & Research Coordinator for Edge Realty Partners, supporting the Houston office in the development of marketing materials, content creation, and research initiatives for commercial properties. She plays a key role in producing impactful marketing collateral and delivering data-driven insights to support brokerage efforts.
Prior to joining Edge, Nayely spent two years at Hunington Properties as a Marketing Coordinator, where she supported brokers with a wide range of marketing initiatives. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in commercial real estate marketing and effective communication strategies.
Nayely holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in Digital Marketing from the University of Houston–Downtown. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, photography, music, and spending time with her family and friends.
