Kevin is a Principal with Edge Capital Markets in Houston. With over 25 years of experience, he brings a diverse real estate experience including assisting clients with debt and equity, purchasing non-performing loans, acquiring properties on behalf of public REITS, and disposition of properties and portfolios for private and institutional clients.
Kevin has specialized in developing strategies for the disposition of retail properties for private and institutional clients in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi, as well as on a national basis for portfolios. Before joining Edge, Kevin served as an Executive Director with Cushman & Wakefield in Houston, Texas. Previously, Kevin developed a strong technical acumen for the financial viability of retail investments while serving as a Director of Acquisitions for a major publicly traded REIT and originating debt and equity financing for developments and existing properties. Kevin started his career assisting Goldman Sachs Asia, L.L.P. in purchasing non-performing loans on behalf of the White Hall Fund in public auctions in Thailand and South Korea. Over his career, he has directly acquired, financed, and disposed of over $5 billion in properties in over fifty markets in eighteen states.
