Jonathan Hicks has more than 15 years of diverse experience, including in both public accounting and commercial real estate. Jonathan specializes in tenant representation, land sales, and investment sales and represents national, regional, and local tenants in assessing, planning, and executing their market development strategy in Houston and Southeast Texas.
Jonathan has been involved in a variety of transactions involving Walmart, Speedway (subsidiary of 7-Eleven), Take 5, Meineke, RV Retailer, Target, Tuesday Morning, Ideal Image, Leslie’s Pools, Barry’s Bootcamp, CATO, Planet Fitness, Lowe’s, Main Event, and Macy’s.
Before joining Edge, Jonathan was the managing principal in the SRS Real Estate Partners’ Houston office. Jonathan implemented the company’s strategic vision by recruiting, people management, culture building and branding in addition to being the primary business generator for the Houston office and its brokers. During his six years at SRS, Jonathan grew the office from a team of 2 to a team of 10 members. Jonathan graduated with a master’s degree in land economics and real estate from Texas A&M University.
