John specializes in landlord leasing, tenant representation, and land development. He has worked in commercial real estate since moving to Austin in 2018. Previous tenants he has worked with include H-E-B Grocery, First Hartford Realty Corp., Starbucks, Regis Brands, Verizon, and QuikTrip. Since joining Edge, John has taken the opportunity to work with several national and local clients for site selection and lease negotiations including Greystar, Abbott’s Frozen Custard, Public Storage, Scooter’s Coffee, Self Esteem Brands, RaceTrac, Hydrate IV, Dunkin’ Donuts, Cold Stone Creamery, Aurora Med Spa, and Unleashed Brands.
John was born and raised in Tyler, Texas before attending the University of North Texas in Denton where he graduated with a degree in finance in 2010. His previous roles include risk management at Fidelity Investments, financial analyst for banks and credit unions, and business brokerage. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors with his wife, daughter, and dog, Winnie. He particularly enjoys playing various sports like golf and softball, and also dedicates time to coaching baseball with RBI Austin.
