David Copeland has more than 29 years of brokerage experience in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. His area of specialty includes tenant representation, land development/sales, pad site acquisitions/dispositions, and big box leasing/dispositions. He currently represents several tenants including Whataburger, PS Public Storage, Circle K, Jiffy Lube, Wingstop corporation, and Cici’s Pizza. Former clients include ExxonMobil and The Dallas Cowboys, among others. He is marketing several prominent land developments including the 750,000 sf Target/HEB/BJ’s/Home Depot anchored Village at Gateway in Forney. Other large land developments include the 110-acre Anna Town Center, The Station in Sachse, the 100-acre Village at Crossroads and the 75-acre Chisholm Trail Ranch in Fort Worth. Developers represented include DR Horton, Chief Partners, Lovett Commercial, Street Level Investments, PMB Capital, Mazaheri Properties, and Rise Commercial.
Prior to joining Edge, David was with Trammel Crow, subsequently CBRE, for fifteen years where he represented ExxonMobil, Sprint Wireless, Conn’s Electronics, Cole Real Estate Investments, RREEF and Kite Realty Group, among others. While at Trammell Crow Company (TCC), he exclusively represented and managed the ExxonMobil real estate account for over a decade. He graduated from The University of Texas with a degree in Economics and Marketing. He is a board member of the HP K-Life Organization and volunteers with Park Cities Baptist Church and the YMCA. David and his wife Jennifer enjoy time with their children Jeffrey, Joseph, JD, Anabelle and Charlotte.
