Chris is a Senior Vice President with Edge Realty Partners in Dallas. He brings nearly 30 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in land sales, leasing, and development as well as tenant representation for national clients such as Burlington, Panera Bread, and Harbor Freight Tools.
Prior to joining Edge, Chris was with Venture Commercial for 13 years and was part of the six-broker team that launched the company in 2000. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and soon after began his real estate career at The Weitzman Group in 1998. Chris is an active member of ICSC, Dallas Bible Church, and founder of Retail Deal Makers. He has three sons and one daughter. Chris has also produced and hosted multiple podcasts since 2016.
