With a background in leasing over a million square feet of retail and a reputation for identifying overlooked opportunities, Ross brings a sharp analytical mind and creative problem-solving approach to unlocking value for his clients, specializing in investment sales, land transactions, and value-add opportunities throughout the Central Texas market.
Ross began his real estate career while attending the University of Texas at Austin, where he studied Economics and Urban Studies. After school, Ross managed shopping center portfolios in Dallas and Atlanta before shifting his focus to value-add investments and development. Known for his ability to “see around corners,” Ross thrives on dissecting financials, challenging assumptions, and uncovering upside where others might not look.
