Construction is expected to begin next year and it is set to open in 2025. The development will also include a 300,00 sq ft convention center, 250,000 sq ft commercial space, and a 250-room hotel. Along with these developments is an exciting new concept, Perfect Game. Set to open in March of 2024, it’s plans include an 80-acre complex of 16 turf baseball fields and is expected to bring in 500,000-750,000 visitors annually.
With the rate of growth Cedar Park is experiencing, the need for new housing developments are already being taken into account. Park Place at Old Mill is under currently under construction and will be home to 72 two-story townhomes. Tanner Ranch, a 10-acre community west of Cedar Park, will feature 30 new one-story homes and is expected to be completed in late 2024 or early 2025.
