225 Cm Allen is located at the entrance/exit of Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. Its close proximity to the campus makes this center a prime opportunity within the market. The complex will include office and support spaces, retail space for public use, production stages, and workshops. As a result, this project will attract outside contractors, encourage local businesses, and provide jobs. A virtual production studio will also be implemented for employees to work from home. By April 2025, three phases of construction are set to be completed. Thus, the City of San Marcos views this project as a major investment that will produce positive results within the community’s economy.
