The properties include Bay Colony Town Center in League City, anchored by H-E-B; CyFair Town Center in Cypress, anchored by Kroger; The Stables Town Center in Spring, anchored by Kroger; Eldridge Town Center, just outside Beltway 8 in northwest Houston, anchored by Kroger; Blackhawk Town Center in southeast Houston, anchored by H-E-B and Antoine Town Center in northwest Houston, anchored by Kroger.
